ArtSpark

The competition for young artists

Exciting things are happening at the little school on the coast...

The aim of our Artspark competition is to encourage and develop artistic ability in the children of our community and give them an opportunity to showcase their work alongside their art peers. The competition this year is for children that attend public schools in the Illawarra region, at either infant or primary levels.

The theme for the competition in 2023 is ENERGY

The children's work is put into one of three categories: Years K-2, 3-4 or 5-6. Their artwork is then given a number and judged by professional artists on the merit of the artwork alone. The paintings are displayed anonymously so a true and fair decision can be made.

Come along and see our kids' imaginative creations and vote for your People's Choice favourite!
